Team Manager – Mail Operations (Email Security)
Taguig | Onsite/Hybrid | Rotational Shift | Up to 150K Package
Overview:
We are hiring a Team Manager to lead email operations, spam/abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety workflows in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures SLA delivery, team performance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and productivity targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team; handle scheduling and shift planning
• Monitor spam, phishing, spoofing trends; drive mitigation strategies
• Conduct RCA and incident reviews; implement corrective actions
• Use Splunk for dashboards, reporting, and insights
• Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Email Operations, Trust & Safety, or SOC
• 3+ years hands-on Splunk experience
• Strong knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• BPO and team management experience required
• Open to graduates/undergraduates with relevant experience
• Willing to work onsite/hybrid in Taguig
