Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Help Desk Associate to provide first-level technical assistance, troubleshoot common hardware and software concerns, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

At least College Undergraduate or College Graduate

Experience in technical support or IT service is preferred

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules
