Join our Technical Support team and help customers resolve internet, mobile, device, and software-related concerns. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and enjoy solving problems. Previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠At least 18 years old.
•⁠ ⁠Senior High School (K-12) Graduate or higher.
•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠No experience required.
•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work onsite and on rotating schedules.
