Responsibilities
Assist customers with telecommunications inquiries, billing, and basic service troubleshooting.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate solutions.
Record customer details and updates accurately in the database.
Qualifications
At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum).
No experience required! Fresh grads and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and basic computer skills.
Willing to work in shifting schedules.
