LOCATION: Onsite

WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
SALARY: ₱15,000 – ₱23,000 package

Role Overview:
Join our Telco Account as a Retention and Billing Specialist! You will handle customer retention efforts, billing inquiries, and account concerns for telecommunications clients.

Key Responsibilities:

For Telco Retention:

Retain customers by offering solutions and win-back offers.
Handle cancellation requests and save accounts.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

For Telco Billing:

Resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
Process payments and adjustments.
Explain charges and billing statements.
Ensure accurate account documentation.

Qualifications:

18 years old and above – required.
At least K12 Graduate – required.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
