*Location:* Onsite - Quezon City

*Work Schedule:* Shifting / Night Shift

*Target Start Date:* August 10, 2026

*What You'll Do:*

- Handle inbound & outbound customer support via phone, chat, and email

- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information

- Provide excellent support in *both Thai and English*

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Document interactions accurately and meet quality & CSAT goals

- Build customer trust and loyalty through top-tier service

*Who We're Looking For:*

- *Fluent in Thai* - speak and write confidently in professional settings

- Working knowledge of *English* - training and systems are in English

- Open to *candidates with or without BPO experience*

- Previous experience in *Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C)* is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in PH with valid *Working Visa / Temporary Resident Visa*

- Willing to work *onsite in QC on a night shift schedule*
