Job Description
Join our Top Tier Telco Account and provide exceptional customer support to clients through voice-based interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, billing issues, technical support, and service-related requests while delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Salary & Benefits
Salary Package: ₱21,000 – ₱27,500
