Job Title: Trainer II-USRN
Account: Healthcare/Learning and Development/Training
Work location/Set up: TP Alphaland
Shift Schedule: GY

Key Responsibilities:
•Create training programs
•Assisting patients or members in the US
•Teleconsulting
•Knowledgeable with US regulatory requirements and healthcare providers.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
•USRN Licensed
•1 – 2 years’ experience in US Healthcare Account
•Exposure to Inpatient/Concurrent reviews
•Good process and project knowledge
•Proficiency in MS Office
•With at least 1 year of trainer experience.
