We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support onboarding, process training, and continuous learning for a Technology account. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of BPO training experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and developing employees. Social Media account experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding and process training for new hires.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support go-live activities.
Facilitate refresher and remedial training.
Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records.
Prepare training reports and provide coaching and feedback.
Collaborate with operations to improve employee performance.
Manage account-level training metrics and training interventions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 2 years of Trainer experience in a BPO environment.
Social Media account experience is preferred but candidates from other lines of business are welcome.
Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City on shifting schedules.
