We’re hiring a Trainer - UK Financial Collections for a leading financial collections account. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in UK, US, or Australian collections, banking operations, and call center training, who are passionate about developing people and driving performance.

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting (UK Time)

What You’ll Do

* Deliver new hire and refresher training for UK financial collections teams
* Conduct virtual and classroom-based (F2F) training sessions
* Coach agents and provide structured performance feedback
* Monitor training effectiveness and support quality and compliance goals
* Partner with operations teams to improve productivity and customer outcomes
* Ensure adherence to UK financial regulations and collections processes

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree
* 2-4 years of experience in UK, US, or AU collections, banking operations, or training within a call center or shared services environment
* Strong understanding of UK collections regulations and bucket flows
* Knowledge of virtual and instructor-led training methodologies
* Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
