JOB TITLE: Trainer – UK Financial Collections

LOCATION: Onsite — Eton Centris, Quezon City
WORK SETUP: 100% Onsite
WORK SHIFT: Shifting schedules, UK time

Role Overview

This role trains new hires and coaches existing agents within a UK Financial Collections account, managing quality metrics and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Train new hires on collections processes and systems
Coach agents to improve performance
Manage quality metrics
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Deliver training via virtual and face-to-face instructor-led classes

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Bachelor's Degree
2–4 years' work experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training in a call center or shared services environment
Basic understanding of training methodologies applied to virtual and F2F instructor-led classes
Excellent communication and feedback/coaching skills
Stable work history (not a job hopper)
Must not be a current or former employee of a competing service provider in the account's outsourcing partner network

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of UK collections domain, regulations, and bucket flows
Excellent communication and coaching skills for training teams
Proficiency in MS Office
