Description / Requirements

Job Title: Trainers – USRN

Account: Training

Salary: Open

Work Location: TPAlphaland, TP McKinley Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Graveyard

Headcount: 2

Former employees of the previous employer associated with this role are not eligible for rehire, either directly or through a third party.

Key Responsibilities

Create training programs

Assist patients or members in the US

Conduct teleconsulting

Be knowledgeable about US regulatory requirements and healthcare providers

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Active USRN License (minimum 6 months validity)

1–2 years of experience in a US Healthcare Account (UM review, clinical appeals)

Exposure to Inpatient/Concurrent reviews

Good process and project knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office

At least 1 year of trainer experience (Required)

Experience working in nursing care, a nursing home, or a medical work environment

Experience using InterQual / MCG
