Training Content Designer / Instructional Designer – E-Learning

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

Location: Mandaluyong

Shift: Graveyard / Night Shift

Experience: 1–2+ years relevant experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Training Content Designer / Instructional Designer to develop engaging digital learning experiences, e-learning courses, training videos, and instructional materials.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, combined with experience in instructional design, storyboarding, content writing, e-learning development, and multimedia production.

You will be responsible for developing training content end-to-end — from learning needs analysis and storyboarding through design, development, testing, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee and learner needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop training content
Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and digital training materials
Create interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline
Develop responsive e-learning content using Articulate Rise
Build complex Storyline interactions independently
Create detailed storyboards, scripts, learning activities, and assessments
Develop training videos and multimedia learning content
Write clear, engaging, and learner-focused instructional content
Apply instructional design principles to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention
Use graphic design and multimedia tools to create high-quality learning assets
Conduct quality checks, testing, revisions, and content updates
Support trainers during the launch of new courses when required
Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to learning metrics and continuous improvement
Manage multiple content development projects while meeting time, quality, and delivery requirements

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

1–2+ years of relevant experience in Training Content Design, Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, Learning Design, or a related field
Advanced/proficient Articulate Storyline skills
Able to independently create complex Storyline builds and interactions
Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise
Proven ability to create storyboards and develop training content end-to-end
Experience independently developing e-learning modules and/or training videos
Strong knowledge of e-learning development and instructional design
Strong content writing and instructional writing skills
Portfolio is mandatory

Graphic Design & Multimedia Skills

Experience with one or more of the following is required:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Other professional graphic design or multimedia tools

Candidates should be able to create or enhance visual assets used in digital learning and training materials.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Synthesia or similar AI video-generation tools
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Adult learning principles
Instructional design methodologies
Interactive learning design
Video editing and motion graphics
Training needs analysis
Learning assessment design
SCORM/e-learning publishing
