Job Title: Training & Quality Manager (IT as a Service)

Location: McKinley, Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (GY)

Salary: PHP 90,000–165,000 + Fixed Account Allowance (Allowance details should not be disclosed to candidates.)

Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring a Training & Quality Manager to lead training and quality initiatives for Digital & Technical Helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO Learning & Development, training management, IT Helpdesk, SaaS, SQL, APIs, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Helpdesk employees.
Identify skill gaps and design effective learning solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of trainers.
Evaluate and improve training materials and delivery methods.
Collaborate with business leaders to align training with organizational goals.
Maintain training records and measure program effectiveness.
Support technical training on SQL, APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, and digital advertising products.

Eligibility

5+ years of BPO Training/L&D experience.
3–4 years of Training Management experience.
Experience managing a team of trainers.
Experience in IT Helpdesk, SaaS, Technical Support, or Digital Advertising.
Advanced SQL proficiency and knowledge of APIs & integrations.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig on a night shift.
