Online App Store (Sales Account CSR III)

∙ At least High School Graduate

∙ 1-year BPO experience in sales required

∙ B2 CEFR

∙ Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

∙ Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required

∙ Must be able to type at least 30WPM

Premium Information Technology

∙ At least High School Graduate

∙ Must have at least 2 years BPO exp. or 1 year Tech Support exp.

∙ B2 CEFR

∙ Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

∙ Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required

∙ Must be able to type at least 35wpm; 85% accuracy / 35wpm; 95% accuracy

High Tech Audio System

∙ At least High School Graduate

∙ Must have at least 1 year BPO experience

∙ Financial services industry experience preferred

∙ Intermediate communication skills both written & verbal

∙ Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required

∙ Must be able to type at least 30WPM
