Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Taguig (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years in college (back subjects accepted)

- At least 6 months BPO or TSR experience

- Fluent in Spanish with good English communication skills

- Open to non-native Spanish speakers

- Willing to work onsite and on a night shift

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English

- Resolve customer concerns professionally

- Document interactions accurately

- Deliver excellent customer service
