Job Title: US Registered Nurse (USRN)

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Salary Package: Up to PHP 72,000

Joining Bonus: PHP 100,000

Start Date: ASAP

Job Fit Summary

We are hiring an experienced USRN with Utilization Management (UM) background to support US healthcare operations. This role requires active PHRN and USRN licenses, strong communication skills, and willingness to work onsite in Taguig. Ideal candidates can perform medical necessity reviews while ensuring compliance with US clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Utilization Management (UM) reviews for US healthcare cases
Evaluate clinical documentation for medical necessity and level of care
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and guidelines
Communicate authorization decisions clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records

Qualifications (Job Fit / Must-Have)

Active PHRN license (Required)
Active USRN license (Required)
Minimum 6 months Utilization Management (UM) experience
Strong English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig (Dayshift)
All USRN state licenses accepted except Northern Mariana Islands (NMI)
Former Cognizant employees are not eligible
