Location: All sites in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark, Pampanga)

Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home (TWFH)

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Start Date: ASAP

Salary & Benefits:

Package: PHP 60,000 Fixed and Non-Negotiable

Job Qualifications:

License: Active USRN license (any mainland US state license).

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management (UM) experience.

At least 1 year of experience in a people-manager role (Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager).

Work Setup: Willing to work on a shifting schedule and adapt to a Temporary WFH setup.
