At least 6 months of BPO experience
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be residing within or near Metro Manila (Taguig or Makati area preferred)

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for a US telecommunications account
Assist customers with billing concerns, account management, service requests, and technical issues

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics
