WORK SETUP: Shifting Schedule
Role Overview:
Join a dynamic BPO team supporting a US Telco account. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot service issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer concerns via phone and email.
Troubleshoot technical and billing issues.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Qualifications:
Min. 6 months BPO experience required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Must be based in Metro Manila (Taguig/Makati only).
Amenable to shifting schedules.
