Job Title: USRN Clinical Trainer
Shift: Night shift
Work Set-up: On-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Salary Range: 60K to 90K (depending on candidate credentials)
Start Date: Dec 31, 2025 / ASAP
Recruitment Process: 2 virtual interview processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active and valid USRN license
• At least 2 years of experience in utilization management and medical necessity approvals/denials
• Experience in virtual or classroom training
• Minimum of 1 year InterQual process experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a trainer role
• BPO/CPO experience preferred
• Experience in a hospital, clinical environment, or contact center setting
• Familiarity with Medicare rules, regulations, coverage criteria, and coding principles
• Experience handling appeals, utilization review, or related healthcare management functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (for preparing appeal arguments)
• Strong ability to analyze complex medical information and identify relevant clinical issues
• Willing to work on-site with flexible schedules, including US hours and holidays
• Must not be a former or current employee of the previous employer referenced in the original file (removed per request)

How many years of trainer experience do you have?

Are you amenable to working onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, on a night shift with fixed weekends off?
