We’re looking for an USRN QA Specialist with hands-on clinical, Utilization Review/Management, and quality experience to help strengthen accuracy, compliance, and performance across healthcare operations.
Eligibility
* Active USRN license
* 1+ year of bedside experience
* 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Review or Utilization Management
* 1+ year of QA experience
* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
* Willing to work shifting schedules
What You’ll Do
* Review healthcare processes and transactions for quality and accuracy
* Apply clinical and UM/UR knowledge to quality evaluations
* Identify gaps, errors, and compliance risks
* Provide actionable feedback to improve performance
* Support quality and process improvement initiatives
