Job Title: USRN Team Leader (Non-Voice)

Account/s: El Paso & Hartford Accounts

Compensation: PHP 60,000 Fixed Package + Comprehensive Benefits

Work Setup: Temporary WFH | Shifting Schedule

Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Are you an active USRN with people management skills and deep Utilization Management expertise? Step into a high-visibility leadership role as a USRN Team Leader supporting our premium El Paso & Hartford Accounts. Steer daily non-voice clinical operations, mentor talented USRN specialists, and drive top-tier performance without the burnout of bedside care or voice queues.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance: Direct daily operations for a team of non-voice clinical specialists, ensuring production, quality, and SLA targets are consistently met.

Coaching & Mentorship: Conduct 1-on-1 coaching, performance reviews, and skill-building sessions to support team development and career progression.

Process & Escalation Oversight: Act as the primary escalation point for complex Utilization Management cases, maintaining operational compliance and clinical precision.

What We Look For

Required Credentials:

Active USRN License (Any US Mainland State) in good standing.

Required Experience:

2 to 3 years of Utilization Management (UM) experience in a BPO/CPO setting.

1+ year of direct people-management or supervisory experience leading teams.

Core Skills:

Exceptional command of non-voice workflows, clinical documentation, and UM guidelines.

Strong leadership, analytical, and performance management capabilities.
