Collections Manager – B2B

Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: On-site
Shift: Night Shift / US Shift

Role Summary

Lead and manage B2B collections operations, drive cash-flow objectives, reduce aging, improve collection effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily B2B collections operations and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, and collection effectiveness.
Monitor collection workflows and customer follow-ups.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams.
Conduct root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, controls, and process documentation.
Drive initiatives to improve productivity and collections performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience with manager/team management experience.
Strong B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
Experience managing B2B Collections/AR teams.
Strong knowledge of AR and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.
Strong people management, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling customer escalations.
US/global operations experience preferred.
SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP experience preferred.
Cash Application and Dispute Management experience is an advantage.

Work Requirement

Must be amenable to on-site work in Taguig.
Must be willing to work Night/US Shift.
Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire.
