Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to mortgage products and services • Assist customers with account concerns while providing accurate information • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications • Open to High School, Senior High School, or College Level applicants • At least 1 year of Mortgage experience is required • Strong Customer Service/BPO experience (preferably in the banking industry) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Setup Work From Home Company equipment and work assets will be provided
What We Offer Salary Package: ₱28,000–₱32,000 ₱50,000 Sign-On Bonus Allowances HMO after 6 months Career growth and development opportunities
