WFM Team Lead

Location: MOA
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Up to ₱35,000/month

We are hiring a WFM Team Lead to manage workforce planning activities in a BPO/contact center environment. The role will focus on staffing, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day workforce operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1–4 years of WFM experience
Experience as a WFM Analyst, Reports Analyst, Reports Supervisor, or Team Lead
BPO/Contact Center experience
Experience in staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning
Knowledge of Verint, NICE, Aspect, Genesys, or similar WFM tools
Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
Leadership or team management experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
