Insurance Customer Support Specialist
Salary: Up to ₱22,000/month + bonuses
⏰ Schedule: Dayshift
Setup: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with insurance inquiries.
- Resolve concerns and maintain service quality.
- Record and document interactions.
Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years in college or K-12/SHS Graduate.
- 1 year of BPO experience required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
