Basic Salary: Php 30,000 - 37,000

Schedule: Shifting

Work Setup: Onsite Setup

Qualifications:

- 2 yrs experience in renewals, retention or inside sales | 2 yrs experience relevant experience in customer success principles SAAS Business Models

Qualifications:

B2B Sales Specialist

Must be a college graduate

At least 2 years B2B sales or support experience

Preferably with CRM background

Retention Specialist

Must be a college graduate

Must have at least 2 years experience in renewals, retention or inside sales

Must be familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Tech Customer Success Specialist

Must be a college graduate

Must have at least 2 years relevant experience

Must have experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models and CS platforms

Good customer service skills

Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules

Can start ASAP

VIRTUAL & WALK IN PROCESS, NO SHOW VIRTUAL/ONSITE, NO PROCESS
