Role Overview • Assist customers with mortgage-related inquiries and concerns • Provide accurate information and professional customer support • Handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality

Qualifications • Open to High School, Senior High School, or College Level • At least 1 year of mortgage experience • Strong Customer Service/BPO experience, preferably from the banking industry • Excellent communication skills • Must be located within NCR / Metro Manila
