We're Hiring: Workday Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Work From Home, 3 Days Return to Office)
Location: Manila (Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: ₱125,000 – ₱128,000/month
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Workday and knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Advanced Custom Reports
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- PICOF/PECI
- Workday Studio
- Workday Web Services
Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage, including:
- HR Service Delivery Suite
- Case & Knowledge Management
- System Administration
- Portal Configuration (Portal, Widgets, Content Automation)
- REST & SOAP Integrations
Hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules:
- Core HCM
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Talent
- Absence
- Time Tracking
- Payroll
- Integration
- Security
- Data Conversion
Experience in scripting, workflow automation, or low-code development platforms
Working knowledge of software engineering principles
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum)
Experience in two or more of the following is a plus:
- C#
- C++
- Angular
- Node.js
- SQL
- Ansible
- R
- Java
- Python
- Azure
- WCF/RESTful Web Services
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
- Oracle / SQL Server

Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Integration, Security, or Data Conversion.
Support the software development lifecycle for enterprise solutions.
Deploy, configure, and support business applications.
Configure, customize, and integrate Workday with enterprise systems such as SAP.
Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to existing solutions.
