Qualifications
• High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, completed 2 years in college, or College Graduate
• At least 1 year of collections experience handling UK, US, or Australian clients (any industry)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of the collections process and confidence in dealing with international customers
