HIRING: Account Control Officer

Taguig City | Hybrid Setup

Graveyard Shift | ₱28,000 – ₱29,000/month

About the Role:

The Account Control Officer manages client onboarding/offboarding, access, billing, and compliance activities. This role ensures accurate data management and smooth client account operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process onboarding/offboarding, billing, and account management requests.

Handle assignment extensions, invoicing, and system access updates.

Perform background checks and maintain compliance records.

Manage client inquiries and maintain up-to-date rosters and reports.

Support audits and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance or Accounting preferred).

2+ years experience in account management or onboarding/offboarding.

Strong skills in Excel, data management, and reporting.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Must be amenable to graveyard shift (8 PM–5 AM / 9 PM–6 AM).

Must not be a current or former CGI employee.

Amenable to a hybrid setup in Taguig.

No record of frequent job switching.
