HIRING: Acquisitions Legal Counsel – Associate Manager

Ready to make an impact in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)? Join a global legal team supporting acquisitions, strategic investments, due diligence, and complex transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Support M&A and strategic investment transactions
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify risks & mitigation plans
• Review, draft & negotiate transaction documents
• Analyze target company client, alliance & supplier agreements
• Partner with M&A attorneys, Legal Integration, Contracting & Procurement teams
• Develop checklists, processes and train team members
• Manage legal/commercial issues and ensure contract compliance

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Law degree required
• 8+ years in a law firm and/or in-house counsel role
• Strong M&A, due diligence & corporate law experience
• Knowledge of commercial contracting & subcontracting
• Excellent organization, judgment, communication & stakeholder skills
• Experience coordinating teams and working across cultures

Open to candidates currently in the Philippines with valid work authorization.
