The Role

Are you a Microsoft Azure PaaS expert with a passion for leading application design, build, and configuration? Do you have the leadership skills to act as the primary point of contact for critical projects?

We are looking for a high-caliber Application Lead to oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications on Microsoft Azure PaaS. You will lead the team, make critical decisions, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

If you have 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS, strong cloud computing knowledge, and a proven track record of application deployment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Application Leadership: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications on Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact person for the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
SME Role: Act as an SME, providing expert guidance and solutions to complex technical challenges.
Team Management: Collaborate with and manage the team to perform, making key decisions and driving project success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions that impact the organization.
Solution Delivery: Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS (required).
Additional Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience required.
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS (required)
- Experience with Server Operating Systems x86
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration
- Experience with Managed Azure Security Services
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles
- Experience in developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Azure PaaS services and their integration capabilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
