SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Location: Cebu City – Onsite / Manila – Hybrid (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Quezon City)
Experience: 2+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to join our team of SAP experts. The role involves developing detailed blueprints, providing business and functional support, and supporting SAP ECC migration and conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.

The consultant will be responsible for SAP Finance configuration and functional activities across areas such as General Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Financial Supply Chain Management, Treasury & Banking, and Business Planning & Consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business and functional support for SAP modules, particularly SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions.
Assess business process and configuration gaps between existing SAP environments and SAP S/4HANA.
Develop alternatives and recommendations for delta design.
Provide technology consulting expertise and prepare functional and technical specifications.
Execute SAP S/4HANA system configuration required for conversion.
Lead testing activities and defect resolution for SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
Create detailed blueprints and development requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for business and technical stakeholders.
Support end-to-end Record-to-Report business processes.
Work with integrated SAP modules such as FI and CO.
Travel for potential onshore requirements when needed.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

General Accounting
Controlling
Product Costing
Asset Accounting
Project Systems
Financial Supply Chain Management
Treasury & Banking
Business Planning & Consolidation

Requirements

Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant.
Understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
Understanding of dependencies and integration with other SAP modules, including FI and CO.
Technology consulting expertise.
Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions.
ECC practitioners are eligible and may receive upskilling training for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Willingness to travel for potential onshore requirements.

Candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
