Job Description – US Registered Nurse (Non-Voice)

Job Title: US Registered Nurse (Non-Voice)
Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Work Schedule: Shifting
Location: All locations in the Philippines – BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark Pampanga
Start Date: October 2026

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Registered Nurse (USRN) to support non-voice healthcare operations. The role requires combined experience in Utilization Management (UM), Clinical Processing Outsourcing (CPO), and bedside nursing within the past three years.

Key Responsibilities

Perform non-voice clinical and healthcare-related activities.
Review and process clinical information based on established guidelines.
Support Utilization Management and clinical processing activities.
Evaluate medical records and clinical documentation.
Apply clinical knowledge and nursing expertise to assigned cases.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with healthcare processes.
Maintain proper documentation and follow client and organizational protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams when clarification or additional information is required.

Qualifications

Must be an Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) with any mainland US state license.
Must have at least 1 year of collective experience in:
- Utilization Management (UM)
- Clinical Processing Outsourcing (CPO)
- Bedside Nursing
The required experience must have been gained within the past 3 years.
Candidates must have experience in all three areas: UM, CPO, and bedside nursing.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work under a temporary WFH arrangement.
