Are you an experienced USRN with strong Utilization Management experience and proven leadership skills?

We’re looking for 1 USRN Program Manager to join our Hartford Account. If you have a solid clinical background, experience managing teams, and the ability to apply your professional knowledge to achieve results, we’d love to hear from you!

POSITION DETAILS

Position: USRN Program Manager
Account: Hartford Account
Work Setup: Temporary WFH
⏰ Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 75,000–85,000 package
Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP
Opening: 1

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• An active USRN license from any U.S. state
• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
• At least 2 years of recent supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong clinical subject matter expertise, with the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to effectively manage processes and achieve results

REQUIRED CREDENTIAL

Active USRN license — any U.S. state
