NOW HIRING: USRN QA SPECIALIST – NON-VOICE 🩺

Are you an experienced USRN with a strong clinical background and experience in Utilization Review/Utilization Management and Quality Assurance?

We’re looking for 1 USRN QA Specialist to join our El Paso & Hartford Accounts. If you’re detail-oriented, quality-focused, and ready to use your clinical expertise in a QA role, this could be your next career opportunity!

POSITION DETAILS

Position: USRN QA Specialist (Non-Voice)
Account: El Paso & Hartford Account
Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary WFH
⏰ Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 60,000 package (fixed and non-negotiable)
Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP
Opening: 1

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered, you should have:

• An active USRN license
• At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience
• 1–2 years of BPO/CPO experience in Utilization Review or Utilization Management
• At least 1 year of QA experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy
