Location: Hybrid – Makati City

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Headcount: 3

Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for both business processes and technology? We're looking for experienced Application Engineer Analysts to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.

This hybrid role combines the strengths of Business Analysis and IT Analysis, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, improving business processes, and delivering technology solutions that create real business value.

What You'll Do

As an Application Engineer Analyst, you will:

- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project teams to improve business processes and system performance.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed and third-party applications.

- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues while ensuring business continuity.

- Support application enhancements, system integration, and process optimization initiatives.

- Work with .NET/C# applications, REST APIs, and modern integration technologies.

- Participate in requirements validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.

- Develop and execute functional, end-to-end, and regression testing strategies.

- Drive quality assurance initiatives, including test automation and CI/CD integration.

- Coordinate Business Testing, UAT validation, and release sign-off activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, IT Analysis, Application Support, or Software Engineering.

- Strong experience with:

- .NET / C#

- REST APIs

- System Integration

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience with:

- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)

- CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

- Application support and incident management

- Business process analysis and requirements documentation

- Test planning, regression testing, and UAT coordination

- Agile or Scrum delivery environments
