Job Summary
As an Asset Servicing Analyst within Wealth Management Operations, you will play a critical role in managing corporate and class actions across multiple markets while collaborating with global business and client-facing teams. You will support strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence and leverage technology to improve service delivery. This role ensures smooth execution of asset servicing, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full life cycle of corporate actions—including mandatory, voluntary, and elective events—ensuring timely and accurate execution in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Oversee structured products and proxy actions from initiation to resolution, delivering optimal outcomes and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Collaborate with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams in Wealth Management, Technology, and Business to resolve issues and maintain operational stability.

Contribute to strategic projects and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability.

Implement and review processes, systems, and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or Investment Banking Wealth Management.

Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Markets.

Proficiency in SWIFT messages and financial market operations.
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
-
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate business partner needs and proactively provide solutions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Experience with automation tools and AI/ML applications; background in Securities Operations preferred.

Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Signavio, and Tableau.

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Client-focused with a commitment to high satisfaction and service delivery.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across global and cross-functional teams.
