JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager - BPO Outbound Sales - Travel Campaign - MOA Onsite

Location: MOA Pasay - Onsite

Shift: Graveyard Shift

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager for our Travel Account based in MOA Pasay. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic sales leader with strong BPO sales experience.

YOUR ROLE:

Lead and manage Team Leaders and sales agents to achieve outbound sales targets

Drive sales performance, coach teams, and improve KPIs

Monitor performance metrics and implement effective sales strategies

Present reports and collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Motivate and develop team members to reach their full potential

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

5 to 8 years of BPO Sales experience required

At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing Team Leaders / at Assistant Manager level

Proven expertise in Outbound Sales, coaching, and driving sales KPIs

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Energetic and engaging personality - client requirement

Travel & Hospitality background preferred - experience with cruise lines / hotels

Willing to work onsite in MOA - Graveyard shift

Can start ASAP
