Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1–2 days WFH per week)
Shift: Day Shift (must be flexible to support different time zones)
Salary: Up to ₱100,000/month (Gross)

Position Overview
The Associate Business Consultant (Associate Manager – Project Management & Transformation) will support the Senior Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the organization.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive results. Experience in automation, AI technologies, speech analytics, and CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as a central communication point between project stakeholders and internal teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Quality teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support business requirements documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Utilize automation tools, speech analytics, AI technologies, and CCaaS solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate project performance and transformation outcomes, preparing post-implementation reports.
- Assist in the creation of best practices, SOPs, and process improvement recommendations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or operations within a BPO or shared services environment (required).
- Familiarity with automation, speech analytics, AI technologies, and CCaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (scope, risk, and stakeholder management).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Must not be a current or former employee of Tech Mahindra.
- Must not be a frequent job hopper (less than 1 year per company).
- Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.
- Recent and relevant experience is required — candidates without this will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.
- Experience in digital transformation or process improvement.
- Exposure to operations, training, or quality management dependencies.
