Job Title: Associate IT Analyst - IDRC Operations and Coordination
Work Location: Ortigas Pasig
Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)
Salary range: 75,000
Headcount: 1
About the Role:
The Associate/Senior IT Analyst - IDRC Operations and Coordination will support the day-to-day operations and coordinate cross functional activities necessary for the establishment of Delivery and Resiliency Center (IDRC) in Valencia, Spain. This role works to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provides all-around support, helping to ensure IDRC initiatives run smoothly and efficiently
Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
Specific tasks and service requirements are required daily.
1. Day-to-Day Operations: Execute daily operations necessary for the establishment of the IDRC and IDRC services, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to activities.
3. Support Services: Provide additional support as needed to ensure the successful operation of the IDRC, such as coordinating the use of the IDRC office space by personnel and assisting in implementation of open innovation challenges.
4. Cross-Functional Activities: Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across different teams.
5. Initiative Planning: Plan and organize initiatives that support the goals and objectives of the IDRC.
6. Communication: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and feedback.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
• Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an IT or technical environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordination: Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Project Management: Experience in project management, particularly in setting up new operations or facilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure and operations.
• International Experience: Experience working in an international organization or setting.
OTHERS:
• Should be amenable to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas Pasig
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
