About The Role:

Great opportunity for candidates with BPO experience! We are looking for Financial Customer Service Representatives to support Account Opening for banking / financial customers at Concentrix IT Park, Cebu. This role is open to High School graduates with at least 6 months BPO experience.

Role: Financial CSR - Account Opening

Location: Concentrix IT Park, Cebu - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries about financial accounts and account opening via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with billing, transactions, and general account-related concerns

- Deliver accurate information and outstanding customer service

- Properly log all interactions and resolutions

- Work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

- Consistently meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals

Qualifications:

- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO / Call Center experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Customer-focused and willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu

- Amenable to shifting schedule
