WE’RE HIRING: BILINGUAL SPANISH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Do you speak Spanish and have BPO Customer Service experience?

We’re looking for Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to join our team in Metro Manila!

Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is preferred but NOT required — if you have conversational Spanish skills and BPO customer service experience, we encourage you to apply!

WORK LOCATION

100% Onsite

Jollibee Tower – Ortigas, Pasig City
OR
Exxa Tower – Bridgetowne, Quezon City

COMPENSATION

Php 40,000 – Php 55,000 salary package

WORK SCHEDULE

Night Shift / Shifting Schedule
Must be willing to work onsite
ASAP Start

QUALIFICATIONS

At least High School Graduate
Conversational Spanish skills required
No advanced Spanish certification required
At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience
Previous Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is preferred but NOT required
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Willing to work on a night shift/shifting schedule

INTERVIEW PROCESS

1st Round: HR Interview
2nd Round: VNA Interview
3rd Round: Operations Interview
