Are you fluent in Spanish and English with experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry? Join our team as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer support for a leading financial account.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, or email.
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and comply with company policies.
Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years of college.
- 6 months–1 year of international Banking or Financial BPO experience.
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City on a night shift.
