Job Role:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email
Track shipments & resolve delivery issues (Logistics)
Assist customers with billing, payments & account queries (Finance)
Provide accurate and professional support

Eligibility:

Minimum College Graduate
Good communication skills
Freshers & Experienced both welcome
Willing to work in shifts
