Position Title: Trainer

Site: Quezon City

Work Setup: On-site (Hybrid after onboarding/training)

Start Date: ASAP



Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer with a strong background in Banking, Finance Services, and Insurance (BFSI) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering and enhancing training programs, fostering employee growth, and ensuring top-tier service for client projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape the learning experience for new hires and ongoing staff development.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Deliver engaging BFSI training sessions for new hires, ongoing skill enhancement, and progression programs.

  • Develop and improve training curricula and materials for classroom and alternative training formats.

  • Provide continuous feedback and updates to enhance the training content and methodologies.

  • Create non-classroom training materials, including digital and alternative learning aids.

  • Analyze course content, learner progress, and performance data to tailor training programs.

  • Set up and maintain a conducive training environment that promotes learning and collaboration.

  • Lead interactive, clear, and motivating presentations to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

  • Evaluate and coach trainees to close performance gaps, providing personalized guidance when necessary.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and team leads to address individual and group training needs.

  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to gauge and improve training effectiveness.

  • Participate in client meetings to discuss curriculum development, progress, and feedback.

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions.



Requirements:




  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Adult Education or Training (BFSI sector preferred).

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center (inbound/outbound) or customer service role.

  • Strong BFSI expertise, with an ability to deliver detailed, industry-specific training content.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adhering to North American business standards.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide diverse learners.

  • Creative, resourceful, and adaptable with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts and travel as needed.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and instructional technologies.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience working in BFSI projects in a training or customer service role.

  • Proven ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Experience in curriculum development and alternative training methods.
