Job title : Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP IBP. The role involves evaluating existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, gathering and analyzing high-level business requirements, and translating them into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, support organizational transformation, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and promote best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
Mentor team members and support their professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to enhance business value.
Gather and understand high-level requirements from various stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Develop comprehensive business cases and support change management initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze and optimize business operations to support strategic goals.
Skilled in developing business cases and supporting organizational change initiatives.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
