About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline for HR and Payroll solutions offered to businesses across the Philippines.

If you have experience in B2B lead generation, telesales, or sales development and enjoy building relationships with potential clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Promote HR and Payroll solutions to local companies in the Philippines.
Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Generate new business leads through sales and marketing campaigns.
Schedule appointments with prospective clients for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Support sales initiatives to achieve business development targets.
Utilize lead generation tools and CRM systems to manage prospects effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management is an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in lead generation from sales and marketing campaigns.
Experience in B2B sales and marketing is highly preferred.
Experience generating leads for Payroll Solutions or HR Services is a strong advantage.
Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
Excellent communication, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and lead generation tools.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a day shift schedule.
